How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3 to 5 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and several other countries, and 20 to 30 business days for most other regions. See our Shipping Policy for the full list.
Is shipping free?
Yes, standard worldwide shipping is free on all orders. Customs duties, import taxes and VAT, where applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery for unused items with original tags attached. Please email support@globalsellz.com before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Size Guide under the size selector with measurements for that item.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible, ideally within 5 hours of ordering. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
